If, like me, you're trying to live life wheat and gluten free, this product will give you some hope. I can enjoy a plate of homemade veggie lasagna, and it tastes better than the regular lasagna sheets I've been using all my life!
You can buy this at health shops and in some supermarkets. We've also tried the gluten - free corn and rice spaghetti in our house, and Andrew doesn't want me to make regular spaghetti again!
